We ship worldwide from our San Diego headquarters, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your location.

- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch
3. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. Both Standard and Free Shipping options include tracking.
4. What if I need my order by a specific date?
While we process orders quickly (1-2 business days), delivery times are estimates and may vary. For special occasions or work requirements, we recommend ordering well in advance. If you have urgent needs, choose Standard Shipping for faster delivery.

2. How do I initiate a return?

3. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
