Pretty Awesome insole- the only downside is the fact I ordered high arch which I didn’t know. So I will order the medium arch to see if this fit will work better but overall I’d have to say I would recommend as I have plantar fasciitis and working at Amazon did not help with this – being that I hv tried several shoes and insoles. These have proven to be the Best investment, just be sure to order the correct arch insoles.

I have high arches. So I use the insoles to keep my feet comfortable. These insoles provide the support I require. I have to say that they are the best I have worn.

Purchased the same size as the boot I ordered. It was as long as the outside of the sole. So would have to be cut to even go in the boot to see if I liked it. For $50 I wasnt willing to risk it. Back they went.

I purchased both high /medium arch. I started with the medium as the high was too big of a jump at first. Worked out well in hiking boots doing 70 miles a week on trails training for two challenging trips. I moved up to the high arch 2 hikes ago and all is well. No longer having toes sliding forward and bruising. The mediums fit perfectly in my tennis shoes for long walks.
I do go easy on tightening the boot now as top of foot is raised higher.

These provide excellent support for people like me with very high arches. I like them better than other brands I’ve tried, and appreciate that they fit so well into Keens shoes. I thought I’d need to trim mine down (Medium) for size 9, but they fit perfectly.

I have custom prescription-only shoe inserts for plantar fasciitis. But I always need more than one pair, so occasionally I will give an OTC a try. These are one of the best I have tried! Very sturdy, I knew what I was getting thanks to a thorough description. I also appreciated variety of options; arch height, cushion level, and shoe size.
The medium size fit my 9.5 size shoe perfectly.

These are my all time favorite insoles. I use these in my work shoes and I average 7.5 miles/day. Even after 6+months of hard use the insoles are still doing their job. They help a lot with keeping my foot from sliding around and decreases impact from my daily activity. The high arch is especially helpful. Honestly wish I had these in every shoe I own. Cannot recommend enough.

This insole actually fit into my rainboot really well and the arch fit nicely. Unfortunately the curve of the outside edge of the foot must have been too narrow because it ended up lightly bruising the bone on the outside middle of my foot. I also would prefer a little more padding at the front under the ball of my foot. Was able to return for a full refund – thanks Keen!

Size options were not clear-small/medium/large. Had to guess. I don’t want cut-to-fit insoles. Plus, the item I received was an LPN (returned) item. I DO NOT accept LPN footwear. These did not look new (one was bent) there was debris on one of the insoles, and they felt like standing on concrete. NO COMFORT!

I was happy to see that Zappos provided an insole with high arch support, as I find them hard to find. I have very high arches and these are essential to happy feet while walking on concrete at Amazon. I bought the Keen Minneapolis shoes and these fit well. I had to cut around the toe a tiny bit, because they were too long. This is expected with insoles. I found that buying the same brand of insoles and shoes seems to be the most comfortable choice.
Overall, I am satisfied and will be buying another pair.
