Evan O –
After just over a year the boots have completely fallen apart. Soles separated, toe rubber gone, rubber cover torn and cracked. I was hopeful that after spending GOOD money on these boots they would last longer than the $90 Wolverines. Was really hoping for more quality.

Very very nice

I’ve bought 2 pairs of these boots so far with each pair lasting around a year. They’ve survived the welding/fabrication I work in and have saved my foot from falling material on a few occasions. So long as you get some good inserts to pair with the boots they’re comfortable (enough) to last you through a 8+ hour work day.

My husband loves the boots it’s his second purchase but we have a situation the Keychain that you came with the order was very much appreciated but I was trying to purchase another one because my granddaughters want it and I didn’t see any on your website.

I purchased these boots for a job that required Metatarsal Safety Shoes and these meet all the requirements: ASTM F2413-05 M I/75/C/75/Mt/75 and also ASTM F2413-05 M I/75/C/75/Mt/75. They are actually much lighter than I expected and very comfortable. I find that they don’t look or feel like huge safety shoes which is a nice thing for me. I think they are a great deal because they are much cheaper than many other boots on the market that meet the ASTM standards.
Doug V –
Pretty good boot for my line of work (I climb trees). I did find that when they had to endure the rigors of my work environment they held up basically as well as a cheaper sixty dollar boot. I can apparently get only six months out of a boot no matter what i spend

I bought these for my husband. He said they were very comfortable the fist day and has no complaints. They are light weight and the metatarsal is easy on his feet, even with the three reconstructive surgeries he had on his left ankle.
Brian S –
Ugly as sin, but I’ll be damned if they aren’t really very comfy despite their size and features. I wanted a tough boot for the worst that weather and work could throw at me, and these things are perfect. Comfortable yet comforting, knowing they will protect my foot.

I like the shoes quite a bit, with an injury to the top of my right foot years ago a light tap can send shocks of pain. The protection in this shoe has worked well without being too bulky. That being said, they are bulkier than a shoe without the met protection and toe protection. A person has to keep the in mind when I say they are all-day comfortable to wear. I work in a produce department, I’m in and out of coolers and water all day long, along with up and down from my knees for the lower shelf stocking. The toes show no signs of wear after three weeks of use and I can go through shoes pretty quickly at this job.
The speed laces are a pain to use but I knew that coming into laced shoes again.
If you’re always running around to get ready for work then slip ons might work better. I’ve had to force myself to take the time to put them on and not revert back to my Redback slip-on shoes.
In the end, they are keepers, worth the price of admission.

Uncomfortable as hell I don’t know how these reviews were so good.
I like keen boots, previous pair I had were the Tucsons and they were great boots way more comfortable than the Louisville.
I’m returning

I love keen boots but these are probably the most uncomfortable boots I’ve ever put on my feet. The tongue protection truly didn’t work with my foot and almost hurt when I put them on for the first time. I’ll be returning these for sure

My Husband has been ordering KEEN work boots with the metatarsal on the outside for the last 6 or 7 years at least. The boot he normally would order was out of stock but he had to have work boots so he could work. We ordered the KEEN boot with metatarsal on the inside and he is ok with it but he still prefers the metatarsal on the outside. He is absolutely in love with KEEN brand boot. They hold up for a long time, its a great product.
Scott M –
Most comfortable work boot Ive owned. All day on concrete. Wide toe.
Definitely recommmend
Matt M –
Comfortable shoes that fit great and meets/exceeds all the workplace safety requirements.
Brett B –
This work boot is ready to go out of box, comfortable, and only gets better after a couple uses. Very stylish leather and many compliments from coworkers. This boot is a little higher than other pairs of KEEN, taking a little longer to lace up; tuck the tongue in the corners and let the boot do the rest of the work. Lighter in weight than expected with all the safety features, with excellent traction and stability on uneven surfaces. Cannot go wrong with this boot. Runs the same in size as all the other KEEN work boots.

bad

These boots are very stiff. They dont seem to break in like other brands. I work 60 hours a week on my feet doing factory work. They also seem to run a half size small. I was hoping this wouldnt be an issue after they broke in but this has not been the case.
Terry H –
Very comfortable and I highly recommend these boots. I will be purchasing these again
Alan W –
Very durable boot
I will continue to buy these boots as long as they are available second pair now
Chris T –
internal MET hurts the top of my foot
Christopher M –
Definitely worth every penny. Very comfortable. Flexible once walked around in a bit. They feel very very good. I would recommend these to anyone looking. The internal met is better than red wings.
Milton W –
Great boots
Kenneth R –
Needs more support around ankles the plastic or whatever is behind the cloth digs in to your ankles
ROBERTO C –
Well I like the boot but you sent me the wrong one’s I got 8″ instead of the 6″ favorite boot for work comfortable for the 12 hour shifts
Donald A –
Mostly this is only my 3rd week with then boots and I love the style of them. The fit for me is just a little uncomfortable right where the steel toe box ends it feels as if it is bending inward and putting uncomfortable pressure on my toes. Im hoping in the coming weeks either the boot will give or my toes will capitulate. Aside from that one issue the boot is fantastic!
