I bought the Keen Lansings the last three times for work and decided to try something different. These are attractive with plenty of room in the Toe (mine are the composite toes). Only issue I had was in sizing. My Lansing boots were size 10 medium. I ordered the same size for these but ended up having to return them for a size 9. 5 medium.

These are great. I did replace the insoles, but I’m sure they’d be fine with the manufacturer insole as well. I have a high instep and need really good, squishy forefoot cushion and I normally replace the insoles in work shoes immediately, like to the point I have a go-to insole for such purposes. I have another pair of Keen wedge-sole boots that I just used the insole they came with and wore them daily for a over year before I decided to replace the insoles. These are my new daily drivers. My job buys me a new pair of boots every year. I like these enough I’m thinking about buying a second pair now out of pocket now and still getting a new pair when my allotment comes around next year, if they still have them that is.

I ordered the wide shoes knowing that my feet have flattened out over time. Comparing the Reno to Merrill’s Moab, the Reno is significantly narrower in the sole of the foot as well as the heel. The sole area is about 1/2″ narrower, while the heel definitely feels snug against the Achilles tendon. The only reason I didn’t get the Moab again is that it’s no longer available in my size.

Got these for my husband as hes an avid keen wearer, I liked the looks of them, but he wore them for 10ish minutes and said theyre not like other keens, gave him blisters almost immediately.

Very comfortable workboot. If I had a complaint, it would be the lacing style. Hard to put on or take off because laces are hard to loosen up.

These shoes have great comfort for walking on those large construction jobs for long hours. I walk a . 5 mile to the work site and the same back to the truck and my feet still have great energy after 10hrs. Great for knee replacements.
