Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions not served by our carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. Our hassle-free return policy makes it easy if you need to make a return or exchange.

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom insoles
  • Personalized footwear
  • Any footwear showing signs of wear
  • Insoles (all types)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package your items securely in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

  5. We’ll process your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 24 hours of approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

We’ll ship your exchange as soon as we process your return (standard shipping times apply).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

International Returns
